1. Introduction

Welcome to Travel Station ("Travel Station."). By accessing or using our flight booking platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services

Travel Station provides an online platform for searching, comparing, and booking airline flights. We act as an intermediary between you and the airlines. The actual flight services are provided by the respective airlines, and their terms and conditions apply to your travel.

3. Account Registration

To book flights, you must create an account with accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Booking and Payment

• All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at the time of booking and include applicable taxes and service fees.
• Flight prices are subject to availability and may change until payment is completed.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider (Paystack). We do not store your card details.
• A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and a booking reference has been issued.
• Service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the airline's terms and conditions. Travel Station will assist with cancellation requests but cannot guarantee refunds. Any applicable service fees charged by Travel Station are non-refundable.

6. Wallet and Promo Codes

Wallet credits are non-transferable and may only be used for bookings on Travel Station. Promotional codes are subject to specific terms including validity dates, eligible routes, and usage limits. Travel Station reserves the right to void or modify promotional offers at any time.

7. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate traveler information (names must match travel documents).
• You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.).
• You must comply with all applicable airline and government regulations.
• You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

Travel Station shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to flight delays, cancellations by airlines, or losses arising from incorrect traveler information provided by the user.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of Travel Station after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
