2. Our Services

Travel Station services enable our clients to search, compare, book and pay for the best rates while advising on the policies, rules and regulations of the airlines and service providers.

3. Account Registration

For efficient and quick access, create an account with your accurate and updated information. It is of utmost importance that your sign-in details remain confidential with regards to all transactions on our online platform. Travel Station will never contact you for these details.

4. Booking and Payment

• All fares are displayed in the preferred currency selected at the time of booking, including taxes. Service fees may apply in some transactions.
• All fares are subject to availability and exchange rates and may change until payment is completed.
• A booking is only confirmed upon a generated booking reference and payment.
• Service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Contact us for verification.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation policies are governed by the airlines' terms and conditions. Travel Station will provide the rules of selected fares and services along with the cost of penalties and additional charges (if any) before completion of transaction. Users are advised to read before proceeding. Payment validates the user's acceptance of the terms and conditions.

Travel Station will assist with refund processing if requested. All cancellations and refund requests must be made at least 48 hours before the departure date. Travel Station will not be liable for any loss if refund request timelines are not observed.

6. Wallets and Promo Codes

Wallet credits are non-transferable and may only be used for bookings on Travel Station. Promotional codes are subject to specific terms including validity dates, eligible routes, and usage limits. Travel Station reserves the right to void or modify promotional offers at any time.

7. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate traveller information (names must match travel documents).
• You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.).
• You must comply with all applicable airline and government regulations.
• You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

Travel Station shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to flight delays, cancellations by airlines, or losses arising from incorrect traveller information provided by the user.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of Travel Station after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
